NaCCRA – The National Association of Continuing Care Residents Association (NaCCRA) connects WACCRA with CCRCs and associations of CCRCs in many other states while also keeping WACCRA up to date on developments in Congress and federal agencies with implications for the future of CCRCs and other services for seniors. AARP Washington – American Association of Retired Persons. AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization with membership for people age 50 and over and is dedicated to enhancing quality of life for all as we age. LeadingAge WA - LeadingAge Washington serves as the voice for not-for-profit and mission-driven senior care and housing organizations. WACCRA has most recently partnered with LeadingAge WA to craft the “Commitment to CCRC Practices” document. www.leadingagewa.org

Senior Lobby – Thirty-six nonprofits, local governments, and state agencies are members of the Washington Senior Citizens’ Lobby including WACCRA. During legislative sessions and when there are active policy discussions affecting seniors, this organization posts frequent updates under the “Quick Links” on the website. There are also thumbnail descriptions of what other groups do to benefit seniors under the Senior Lobby’s “Organizations” tab and the website offers lists of useful resources and upcoming events.  www.waseniorlobby.org.
